Delivery

In Latvia, HealthAid products are available in pharmacies and health goods outlets. For your convenience, we offer the opportunity to purchase the product on our own website and receive it in the nearest OMNIVA, VENIPAK or LATVIJAS PASTS parcel machine.

We also deliver goods to Lithuanian and Estonian OMNIVA parcel machines.

How to order?

Choose the product you need by placing it in the shopping cart and press Checkout.

Enter your data: Name, Surname, e-mail address, phone.

Choose the delivery method: OMNIVA parcel machine, Latvijas Pasts parcel machine, VENIPAK parcel machine. Please note that when choosing one of the delivery methods, you also need to choose the desired pick-up location (parcel machine address). Choose the payment method: Bank transfer, Online payment, Card payment.

Press the Confirm order button.

The order will be delivered after payment is received.

Choosing the payment method Bank transfer:

An invoice will be issued to you and sent to your specified e-mail address, and you will also receive an SMS notification that a payment note has been sent to you. When making a payment in your online bank, carefully fill in the data required for the payment of the invoice, indicating the number of the waybill in the payment order. Please note that orders not paid within 5 working days are automatically cancelled.

Choosing the payment method Online payment:

This service is provided by the electronic money company PAYSERA UAB. You will be redirected to the Paysera payment window, where you can choose your online bank and instantly make a secure payment.

Choosing the payment method Card payment:

This service is provided by the electronic money company STRIPE. You will be redirected to the Stripe payment window, where you can enter your card details and make a secure payment instantly.

Acceptance of orders:

We accept orders 24 hours a day and process them on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. After placing the order and paying the invoice, we will contact you to clarify the time and place of delivery of the goods. We deliver within one to three working days* from the moment of order confirmation and receipt of payment in the bank account.

* Delivery is carried out by courier service companies OMNIVA, VENIPAK, LATVIJAS PASTS.

Delivery methods and costs:

• FREE delivery for orders over EUR 30.00 in Latvia using Omniva, Venipak and Latvijas Pasts parcel machine services.
• FREE delivery for orders over EUR 50.00 in Estonia and Lithuania using Omniva parcel machine services.
• Delivery via courier service providers Omniva, Venipak or Latvijas Pasts parcel machine services throughout Latvia - ONLY EUR 2.00 (usually from EUR 2.88*)
• Delivery via courier service providers Omniva parcel machine services throughout Estonia and Lithuania - ONLY EUR 5.00 (usually from EUR 5.94*)
• Delivery costs to other countries are determined individually, depending on courier prices*.

* Courier/postal fees may vary depending on the weight of the order and desired delivery time, so we will negotiate the most acceptable solution with you before shipping the products.

Returning goods:

The product can be refused within 14 days from the moment of purchase of the product, if the customer can present a document confirming the purchase (cheque, delivery note or receipt) in accordance with Article 12, Clause 5 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law. The refund takes place within 14 working days from the moment of refusal to the account that the customer used to pay for the product. The product is not accepted back if the packaging of the product has been opened or damaged. HealthAid Baltics SIA and the customer to agree separately on the method of returning the goods.
